What first brought me in to Coombs Chiropractic…
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rob and some of his staff at the Point Pleasant Chamber Expo in the Spring 2011. We started talking and right away, I felt and immediate connection with these people. As we spoke, I told Dr. Rob a little of my background with chiropractic and some of my health concerns. We set up a free consultation at the office and I was on my way to a stronger more flexible body.
How Chiropractic adjustments have helped me…
For the past eight months, Dr. Rob has adjusted my spine. The treatments have given me a great deal of relief. I no longer suffer from migraine headaches. Before my chiropractic treatments this year, my back would hurt so much, I would be on the hot water bottle or "ben gay rub" on a nightly basis. I could tell I was starting to hunch over because of the discomfort. Dr. Rob x-rayed me. He discussed the x-rays in depth and I could see why I was in pain. We are working on my posture. Dr. Rob is adjusting my spine to keep it flexible. I am exercising to keep myself moving.
Am I still experiencing the problem now?
Well, I am still getting older (64). My hair is still getting grayer (I find more every day) but with help from Dr. Rob, I will have fewer aches and pains. Any pain I have, I now know I have done to myself. I realize the limitations of my body, and to keep going as I age, I must "keep myself active". What I do now will affect how I live the rest of my life.
Sitting beside a new patient…
I would tell a new patient that he/she is lucky to have found Dr. Rob and his staff. It would be great if all "doctors" were as caring and had a wonderful staff as in Coombs Chiropractic. I just can't say enough about the family atmosphere in this office. I would also tell this new patient, come to the health talks. The subjects are very enlightening and very interesting. Chiropractic is now my way of life.
